My Story

Ryan Larimore is a seasoned Salesforce expert and workplace culture strategist with a passion for building systems and teams that thrive together. With nearly a decade of hands-on Salesforce experience and over 13 years in technology and client-facing roles, Ryan brings a unique blend of deep technical knowledge and a people-first approach to his consultancy.

As a Salesforce Certified Administrator and former Senior Salesforce Product Manager, Ryan has a proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to completion. At CHN Housing Partners, he led the platform's strategic development, managed the database architecture, and was instrumental in building and managing high-performing Salesforce teams. His focus on hiring, mentorship, and continuous professional development created an environment of excellence and innovation.

Ryan's journey began in client-focused support and implementation roles, where he developed a keen understanding of user needs and the importance of clear communication—a foundation that informs his work today. He has successfully managed everything from initial org stand-ups and administration to product management and data integrations.

Today, as the founder of Birchroot Consulting, Ryan partners with organizations to not only architect and optimize their Salesforce instances but also to cultivate positive and productive workplace cultures. He believes that the most successful technology implementations are the ones built on a foundation of a strong, supportive team environment.
